在占企业职工总数70%以上的青年工人中,近几年来出现一种奇怪的现象,就是部分青工在生产学习中,不是不会干,而是不愿干,不是学不会,而是不爱学技术。企业不同程度存在青工学技术积极性不高这个问题,因此,职工队伍的整体技术素质下降,直接影响了企业的上等升级和技术进步。为此,我们在武进县15家大中型企业青工中进行了问卷调查。共发放问卷800份,实际回收694份,回收率87%。问卷表明,50%以上的青工表示愿意学技术,并希望领导能够支持以及重用。但在现实中,为什么学技术的积极性又不高呢?问卷回答中,20%的人认为技术水平得不到承认;
