锻压生产中的噪声相当强烈,近年来,由于锻压机械功率的提高,噪声更为强烈。锻造车间的噪声达到120分贝(A),冲压车间的噪声达到110分贝(A)。 众所周知,噪声会造成听觉损伤以至耳聋,并能引起多种疾病。早在1765年国外就有关于锻工噪声性耳聋的报导。为此,在六十年代初期,一些工业国家已开始进行降低锻压机械噪声的研究,到了七十年代初期,这一问题已为世界各国普遍重视,进行了大量试验研究工作,取得了显著的成绩。我国在七十年代后期也开始进行这项工作。本文将分别简要介绍这两类车间设备噪声发生的机理及治理方法。
The noise in forging production is very strong. In recent years, the noise is more intense due to the increase of forging mechanical power. The noise in the forging shop reached 120 decibels (A) and the noise in the press shop reached 110 decibels (A). It is well-known that noise can cause hearing loss and even deafness and cause various diseases. As early as 1765 abroad, there was a report on noise forgenetic deafness. For this reason, in the early 1960s, some industrialized countries started to reduce the noise of forging machinery. By the early 1970s, this issue was universally valued by all countries in the world and a great deal of experimental research was carried out with remarkable achievements . My country also started this work in the late seventies. This article will briefly introduce the mechanism of these two types of workshop equipment noise and governance methods.
