2%普鲁卡因阻滞麻醉拔牙引起眼的并发症并不多见。Morelli等(1952—1974)及国内吴联源(1981)相继报告共13例,其中涉及动眼神经麻痹3例,我院曾遇两例,报导如下: 例1:吴××女33岁1979年7月3日就诊,因反复牙痛,要求拔牙。检查:(?)颌面深龋,牙周无红肿,无扣痛。按常规于腭大孔,上颌结节处分次注入0.5ml和3ml2%普鲁卡因。数分钟后,患者感觉同侧眼不适,异物感,畏光,复视,轻度头昏及恶心。检查:右眼轻度外斜,眼球内转受限。瞳孔中等散大。左眼球正常。半小时后拔除病牙,1小时后复视症状好转,2小时后完全
