培育发展团体标准,是发挥市场在标准化资源配置中的决定性作用、加快构建国家新型标准体系的重要举措,也是增加标准有效供给、推进供给侧结构性改革的重要手段。为对团体标准相关的问题进行深入探讨,以贯彻落实国务院《深化标准化工作改革方案》要求,推动实现《关于培育和发展团体标准的指导意见》工作目标,助力团体标准工作健康有序开展,进一步激发社会团体工作活力,规范团体标准化工作,《中国标准化》杂志社和中国计量大学拟于2017年10月16日召开第二届“团体标准研究与实践”研讨会,并向社会各界广泛征集会议论文。
