目的 :本文分析儿童后颅凹肿瘤CT检查的影像学特点、误诊原因 ,研究其扫描方法 ,提高CT检查准确性。材料与方法 :收集我院儿童后颅凹肿瘤 4 0例 ,其中普通CT扫描 2 0例 ,螺旋CT扫描 2 0例 ,4 0例病人中 32例行CT强化扫描。将其术前CT检查结果与手术后病理结果对照分析研究。结果 :4 0例儿童后颅凹常见肿瘤CT检查阳性显示为 38例 ,漏诊 2例 ,显示率为 97 5 %。术前CT检查定性误诊 11例 ,准确率为72 5 %。讨论 :分析 11例误诊 2例漏诊原因 ,对照研究普通CT与螺旋CT的影像特点 ,选择适合的CT扫描技术与方法 ,消除儿童后颅凹骨迹伪影等干扰的影响 ,提高儿童后颅凹肿瘤诊断的准确性 ,更好地为临床服务
OBJECTIVE: This study analyzed the imaging characteristics of CT examination of the posterior fossa tumors in children, the causes of misdiagnosis, and its scanning methods to improve the accuracy of CT examination. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 40 cases of posterior fossa tumors were collected in our hospital. Among them 20 were normal CT scan, 20 were spiral CT scan and 32 were CT scan in 40 patients. The preoperative CT examination and postoperative pathological results of the control study. Results: The CT scan of common tumors in 40 cases of children with posterior fossa showed 38 cases of positive findings and 2 cases of missed diagnosis, showing a rate of 97.5%. Preoperative misdiagnosis of CT examination in 11 cases, the accuracy rate of 72 5%. Discussion: The causes of misdiagnosis in 2 cases of misdiagnosis were analyzed. The imaging characteristics of common CT and spiral CT were compared.
