目的:考察自组方剂(蛹虫草多糖、灵芝多糖、水飞蓟提取物)对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:实验小鼠随机分为4组,即低、中、高剂量组和溶剂对照组,连续灌胃30天后分别检测以下指标:脏器/体质量比值,耳廓肿胀度,脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,溶血空斑数,血清半数溶血值,碳廓清能力,鸡红细胞吞噬率与吞噬指数和NK细胞活性。结果:样品中、高剂量可增强小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力和小鼠碳廓清能力及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力,对体液免疫功能无影响,不具有增强小鼠NK细胞活性的作用。结论:自组方剂(蛹虫草多糖、灵芝多糖、水飞蓟提取物)具有增强免疫力的功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of self-prescription formula (Cordyceps militaris polysaccharide, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, Silymarin extract) on mice. Methods: The experimental mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: low, medium and high dose groups and solvent control group. The following indexes were detected after 30 days of continuous gavage: organ / body mass ratio, auricle swelling, splenic lymphocyte proliferation Ability, hemolytic plaque number, serum half hemolytic value, carbon clearance ability, chicken erythrocyte phagocytic rate, phagocytic index and NK cell activity. Results: In the sample, the high dose could enhance the proliferation ability of mouse splenic lymphocytes and the carbon clearance ability of mouse and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes, had no effect on humoral immune function and did not enhance NK cell activity in mice effect. Conclusion: The self-prescription formula (Cordyceps militaris, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, silymarin extract) has the function of enhancing immunity.
