青霉素鈣片为一种口含剂,主治口腔炎、喉头炎等疾患,但因其味道欠佳,且在口腔中作用时間太短,故宜作适当改进。我們將其制成膠糖剂,尚称滿意。現特介紹。原理:干燥的青霉素及其鹽类在120℃以下不易被破坏,而膠姆糖(即口香糖)在40℃时即軟化,因此可將兩者充分混合制成青霉素膠糖剂。方法:取潔净的調药瓷板壹塊,在調溫电爐或水浴上加热至40～42℃,加入膠姆糖四片,用竹刀不断調和使其軟化。軟化后將20万單位青霉素鉀鹽一瓶仔細傾入糖内,充分混合均匀。停止加热冷却至35℃左右
