中职护理院校是培养具备专业护理能力人才的重要场所,受生源质量和基础知识水平的影响,中职护理院校的教学水平相对比较低,学生存在的问题较多。行动导向教学法是一种比较先进的教学模式,它能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习主动性,是锻炼学生动手能力和思维能力的有效途径。从以上情况出发,探讨行动导向教学法在中职护理学基础教学中的应用方法和效果,希望能够为中职护理教学水平的提高提供一些参考和建议。
Secondary vocational nursing schools are important places to cultivate talents with professional nursing skills. Affected by the quality of students and the level of basic knowledge, the teaching level of secondary nursing schools is relatively low, and students have more problems. Action-oriented pedagogy is a relatively advanced teaching mode, which can stimulate students ’interest in learning and improve their learning initiative. It is an effective way to train students’ practical ability and thinking ability. Based on the above situation, this paper explores the application methods and effects of action-oriented pedagogy in the basic teaching of secondary nursing and hoping to provide some references and recommendations for the improvement of secondary vocational nursing teaching.
