陕西工业职业技术学院焊接技术及自动化专业响应教育部“工学结合”高职人才培养模式改革的号召,通过与行业企业合作,定位焊接专业人才培养目标、重构理实一体化课程体系及开发优质核心课程、建设生产性实训基地、实施柔性专业综合实习等教学改革,形成了本专业实境训能的“322”工学结合人才培养模式,提高了毕业生综合素质,满足了企业的需要。
