高职考试管理是高职教学管理中一项重要的工作内容,通过考试一方面可以检测学生对阶段学习的掌握程度,另一方面从考试结果可以用来检测教师的教学任务完成情况以及教学效果,对学生和教师都起到检验和激励的作用,从而为国家培养出更多高质量的人才。本文主要论述了在高职院校考试过程中所存在的问题,以及如何加强完善考试管理工作,使其更加规范,达到以考促教、以考促学的效果。
Higher vocational test management is an important part of the work of higher vocational teaching management. On the one hand, passing exams can detect students’ mastery of stage learning. On the other hand, the test results can be used to test the completion of teaching tasks and the teaching effect , Both students and teachers play a test and incentive role, so as to cultivate more high-quality talent for the country. This article mainly discusses the problems existing in the process of examination in higher vocational colleges and how to improve and perfect the examination management so as to make it more standardized and to achieve the effect of taking test as a test and promoting test as a test.
