营运公路隧道由于受交通影响和作业条件限制,针对隧道病害的处治研究以处治方法、工艺和材料等的研究为主,并未考虑到病害处治多年后的工作状况,缺乏对处治工程处治效果的跟踪评价和研究。本文借鉴国内外可靠性研究的成果,针对营运公路隧道病害处治工程特征,对其可靠性进行了重新定义,并将其转化为一个系统工程,对此系统工程中的目标子系统的可靠性进行了分析,将隧道病害处治工程划分为建设项目、单项工程、单位工程和分项工程,构建了处治效果可靠性评价串—并联系统可靠性模型、金字塔评价模型和量化特征的评价方法,实现对营运公路隧道病害处治工程的可靠性评价。并以广东省京珠北高速公路隧道病害处治工程处治效果可靠性进行了应用研究。
