“文革”时,湖南隆回县司门前镇孙家垅公社的李家坊水库,是国家二级人工土坝水库。1969年冬,我响应国家号召,参加了该水库的群众义务加固水库大坝填土劳动。有一天,我和民工们像往常一样,从清早起就在水库工地上不停地来回挑土。天快黑的时候,水库指挥长孙卫良(时任公社武装部长、李家坊水库指挥部指挥长)宣布收工。同时,要求民工们收工后继续留在水库指挥部会议室开会,不许擅自回家,否则将承担严重责任。
“Cultural Revolution ”, Lijiafang Reservoir of Sunjiangyuan Commune, Longmen County, Hunan Province, was the second national artificial earth dam reservoir. In the winter of 1969, in response to the call of the state, I participated in the masses’ obligation to reinforce the dam filling work in the reservoir. One day, as I always do, laborers and migrant workers kept picking back and forth on the reservoir site from morning early in the morning. When it was dark, the reservoir commander Sun Weiliang (then the armed forces commander, Li Kaifang Reservoir Command Command) announced the closure. In the meantime, migrant workers are required to continue their meetings in the conference room of the reservoir headquarters after they have taken off work, and are not allowed to go home without authorization or they will shoulder serious responsibilities.
