丁型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis D Virus,HDV)是嗜肝DNA 病毒的卫星亚病毒,也是一种嵌合性的嗜肝病毒。自1977 年Rizzetto发现其以来,国内外学者对HDV分子生物学、流行病学、临床和病理学等方面的研究取得重大成就。随着 HDV酶联免疫(ELISA)诊断试剂的灵敏度、特异性的提高, HDV阳性率也有所增加。本文主要采用HDV ELISA试剂检测新疆伊犁地区汉族与哈萨克族(哈族)乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染者血清中的HDAg、抗-HD,现报道如下。
Hepatitis D Virus (HDV) is a satellite subtype virus of hepadnavirus and a chimeric hepadnavirus. Since Rizzetto discovered it in 1977, domestic and foreign scholars have made great achievements in molecular biology, epidemiology, clinical and pathological studies of HDV. As the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic reagents for HDV enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) increased, the positive rate of HDV also increased. In this paper, HDV ELISA reagent was used to detect HDAg and anti-HD in sera of Han and Kazak (Ha nationality) patients infected with HBV in Yili area of Xinjiang.
