小班化教学方法制定,对老师开展教学工作有较大帮助,但其实施的难度应当有充分的预计,无法保证任何一项方法都适用于任何一堂课上,在教学方法的实施过程中,难免会出现问题,需要认真研究,寻找解决对策。要注意1.分层次教学不能打击学生的信心2作学习中老师要做好组织者;3探究式学习要让学生学会质疑;4活动教学要关注活动的价值;5教学评价方法要体现多元化。
