2015年1月8~9日,中国—拉共体论坛首届部长级会议在北京举行,标志着中国和拉美的合作上升到了一个新台阶。在铁路产业方面的合作一直是中拉合作的重要领域,却常为研究拉美的学者所忽略。本文在介绍中拉铁路产业合作的背景和现状基础上,分析了其给双方带来的影响,并试图探析中拉铁路产业合作面临的挑战的背景下展开的。一、中拉铁路合作的背景中国和拉美铁路合作是在拉美铁路私有化和中国铁路迅速发展的背景下展开的,合作主要包括货物贸易、服务贸易和对外投资三方面。
From January 8 to January 9, 2015, the first ministerial meeting of China-Latinla Community Forum was held in Beijing, marking a new level of cooperation between China and Latin America. Cooperation in the railway industry has always been an important area of cooperation between China and Latin America and is often overlooked by scholars studying Latin America. Based on the introduction of the background and current situation of China-Latin America railway cooperation, this article analyzes the impact it has brought to both parties and attempts to explore the challenges that China-Latin America railway cooperation faces. I. Background of Cooperation between China and Latin America Railway The cooperation between China and Latin America is under the background of the privatization of Latin American railway and the rapid development of China’s railways. The cooperation mainly includes the trade in goods, service trade and foreign investment.
