目前,随着经济全球化和市场经济的发展,企业也越来越关注税收筹划的问题,深入探讨企业税收筹划风险的防范成为了控制企业效益的关键举措。本文从我国税收筹划自身的风险入手,详细阐述企业在经营和管理上需要强化和关注的地方,并介绍一些具有借鉴意义的防范措施提供参考。
At present, with the development of economic globalization and market economy, enterprises are also paying more and more attention to the problem of tax planning. The prevention of corporate tax planning risks has become a key measure to control the efficiency of enterprises. This article starts with the risk of tax planning in our country, and elaborates the places that enterprises need to strengthen and pay attention in management and operation. It also provides some references for some preventive measures with reference significance.
