媒介融合时代,对全媒体记者的需求成为一种业界常态。对应地,如何培养符合媒介变革和媒体需要的全媒体记者,也成为学界的思考命题和迫切任务。但何为全媒体记者?在该称谓广泛使用的同时,人们对全媒体记者的理解却存在误区,甚至是误解。这种认识上的误区和误解,源自概念层面的推演与理解上的惯性,至于媒体到底需要什么样的全媒体记者,高校到底应该培养什么样的全媒体人才,都存在诸多似是而非和充满偏见的看法。本文从媒体实际需求出发,厘清全媒体记者的概念,梳理全媒体记者的能力构成,并尝试总结出高校培养全媒体记者人才的路径。
In the era of media convergence, the demand for all-media reporters has become an industry norm. Correspondingly, how to cultivate all-media journalists in line with the needs of media reform and media needs has also become an academic proposition and an urgent task. But what is an all-media reporter? While the term is widely used, people’s understanding of all-media reporters is misunderstood and even misunderstood. Misunderstandings and misunderstandings of this kind of understanding originate from the deduction of concepts and the inertia of understanding. As for what kind of all-media reporters are needed by the media and what kind of all-media talents should be cultivated by colleges and universities, there are many paradoxes and prejudices the opinion of. Based on the actual needs of the media, this paper clarifies the concept of all-media journalists and combs the composition of all-media journalists’ capabilities, and tries to summarize the path of cultivating all-media journalists in colleges and universities.
