我们对地球资源的利用正危及子孙后代的经济前途吗? 对这个问题的看法存在着严重的分歧,有人直截了当地表示会危及子孙后代的经济前途,而有人干脆地说没有影响。还有人认为这个问题在误导人们,因为这是一个综合性很强的问题而足以表明资源上的冲突将只会存在于“我们”和一些未来的“他们”之间。另一方面,也有人认为,大量的极度贫困人口生活在本应不断富裕的地方,使我们不得不相信,即使处在同一时代的人们,也存在着资源冲突的问题。
Is our use of the earth’s resources endangering the economic future of future generations? There are serious differences of opinion on this issue. Some people have said straightforwardly that it will jeopardize the economic future of future generations, while others simply say no effect. Others think the problem misleads people because it is a very comprehensive question enough to show that resource conflicts will only exist between “us ” and some future “them ”. On the other hand, some people also think that living in such a large and extremely poor population that we should have continued to affluence leads us to believe that even people in the same era have the problem of resource conflicts.
