从更深的层次分析了“大国工匠”的基本含义,从而进一步阐明了基于“大国工匠”身上的“工匠精神”不仅受到国家领导人的重视,而且是推动我国进步与发展的重要力量。鉴于此,从我国与外国的比较中、从政策的限制与歧视中、从“大国工匠”的待遇等方面找出了职业教育的差距。接着又从“重技轻人”的价值取向、完善职教体系、继续发展校企合作及提高教师素质方面,深入论述了实现我国由制造大国向制造强国的转变,不仅需要提高科技研发能力,还需要一个非常重要的支撑因素——“工匠精神”。
From a deeper level, this paper analyzes the basic meaning of the “great country artisan” and further clarifies that “the craftsman spirit” based on the “great artisan” is not only valued by the national leaders, but also promoted the progress and development of our country The important force. In view of this, from the comparison between our country and foreign countries, we find out the gap in vocational education from the aspects of the policy restrictions and discrimination and the treatment of “big country artisans”. Then, from the perspective of value orientation, improvement of vocational education system, continuous development of school-enterprise cooperation and improvement of teachers’ quality, this paper discusses in depth the transformation of our country from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power. It not only needs to improve the research and development of science and technology Ability, but also a very important support factor - “Craftsmanship ”.
