目的:为了提升临床各科护士的糖尿病专科知识水平和教育能力,使院内糖尿病患者得到专科化护理。方法:成立医院糖尿病教育小组,制定核心成员和质控员的职责,通过小组对各科糖尿病质控员进行定期培训及各科质控员对本科室护士进行培训,由核心成员对全院护士进行定期考核,并将考核结果中存在的问题进行原因分析及提出整改措施。结果:培训后全院护士糖尿病相关理论及操作考试平均成绩提高,患者糖尿病知识掌握情况优于培训前,差异均有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病教育小组在非糖尿病专科领域中发挥了重要作用,提高了临床各科护士糖尿病专科知识和教育能力,提高了糖尿病患者的护理质量。
Objectives: In order to improve the nurses in clinical departments of Diabetes knowledge and education skills, so that patients with nosocomial diabetes specialist care. Methods: The hospital diabetic education group was set up to develop the core members and quality control staff duties, through the group of subjects on the quality control of diabetes were regularly trained and the quality of control subjects undergraduate nurses were trained by the core members of the hospital nurses Regular assessment, and the assessment results of the problems in the analysis and put forward corrective measures. Results: After training, the average score of theory and operation test of diabetes in hospital nurses was improved, and the knowledge of patients with diabetes was better than before training, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The Diabetes Education Group plays an important role in the field of nondiabetics, improving the specialist knowledge and education of nurses in clinical departments and improving the quality of nursing care in patients with diabetes.
