从事汉语国际教育的教师需要具备什么样的视野和能力?目前国内培养出来的中国专业汉语师资虽然接受过专业的、正规的训练,但是到了美国的课堂上,仍然会遭遇到极大的压力和挑战,产生“水土不服”的现象。本文试从美国教育的一些特征和案例入手,探讨中美两国教育在教育理念、教学手段、教育氛围、课堂管理模式四个方面的不同特点,以期为国内汉语师资培养提供一些有益的借鉴。
What kind of horizons and abilities are required for teachers engaging in international education in Chinese? Although Chinese professional Chinese teachers trained in China have received professional and formal training, they still face tremendous pressure in the classroom in the United States Challenges, resulting in “acclimatized ” phenomenon. This paper attempts to start with some characteristics and cases of American education and probe into the different characteristics of education in the four aspects of education philosophy, teaching methods, education atmosphere and classroom management mode so as to provide some useful references for the training of Chinese teachers in China.
