目前,在我国一些企业中存在着一种现象:一方面是企业不惜重金招聘人才,另一方面是企业大量的人才在“跳槽”。企业的经营者没有从自身查找原因,而是认为现在的员工越来越不忠诚于自己的企业和事业,见异思迁,说走就走,完全不考虑可能给企业带来的后果。由于普通员工即使离开企业也不是很容易找到工作,不敢贸然行动。离开企业的员工大多是企业的优秀员工、核心人才,他们离开企业以后,有的马上进入竞争对手的公司,有的则自己创办新的同类企业,成为企业强有力的竞
