Today's business leaders face a rapidly changing environment and management becomes more and more difficult. Workers in the “global village” increasingly dislike to be “managed” and “supervised” more and more and hope leaders will listen to their voices. “New leadership style” has become a widespread expectation in society. Only by adapting to such changes and building new leadership can the leaders lead the enterprise organizations to move forward in the new century. Influence In modern enterprise organizations, leaders assume more and more roles: (1) Diplomats balance the external environment, coordinate the relations with other organizations, and strive for the best support and the maximum funding
