目前机械生产上使用的大量宽座角尺,其主尺与底座的联结,一部份生产厂是采用胶水粘结法,在使用中经常出现脱胶现象,严重影响使用质量。开始,我们想改装成销钉联结,但由于角尺硬度较高,无法钻孔,电火化钻的孔又不圆,销钉组合后仍有微量松动,一时无法解决,只得报废处理。后来,我们在兄弟单位启发下,找到了采用烫锡焊接法来代替胶水粘结法。实践证明,效果显著,不但可提高工作效率,而且保证了量具质量。可保证宽座角尺烫锡焊接质量,我们专门设计制造了一只工
