目的探讨强化护理模式对老年肿瘤患者行髋关节置换术临床疗效的影响。方法选取中国人民解放军总医院海南分院2015-03-2016-05骨科髋关节置换术患者50例,所有患者均为肿瘤性患者,分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者的相关观察指标。结果观察组多项指标明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论强化护理模式可明显改善髋关节置换的老年肿瘤患者的临床预后,缩短住院时间,并且可以提高护理质量和患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing mode on the clinical efficacy of hip arthroplasty in elder patients with cancer. METHODS: Fifty patients with orthopedic hip arthroplasty were selected from Hainan Branch of Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital 2015-03-2016-05 All patients were tumor patients. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, and the relative observation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results A number of indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Intensive Nursing Mode can significantly improve the clinical prognosis, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction with nursing care. It is worth clinical reference.
