沟通是校长与教师之间传递信息、增进了解、融洽感情、促进工作的有效途径,一名校长在教师中是否具有亲和力、感召力和凝聚力,与他是否善于与教师沟通有很大关系。那么,如何做一名善于和教师沟通的校长呢?笔者结合工作中的实践,认为要做好四方面工作。一、采取多种方式与教师沟通沟通的方式有多种,如,语言沟通、书面沟通、媒介沟通,通过表情、姿态传达信息的非语言沟通等,一名善于沟通的校长往往会采取多种方式与教师进行沟通。
