一、前言目前的砌筑、抹灰用水泥大多是火山灰质砌筑水泥和325~#五大品种水泥。前者调制的砂浆泌水量大,和易性差。原因是所含熟料量较少,早期强度发展慢、混合材泌水性均大。后者调制的砂浆和易性差。在砌筑工程中,强度等级低的水泥砂浆由于采用高标号水泥,水泥用量减少,因而砂浆和易性较差。砌砖时,挤浆压薄灰缝十分费劲,而且,砂浆容易产生沉淀和表面泛水现象。要使砌筑砂浆和易性好,需加入一定的塑化材料,由于现场配料的精确度不高,塑化材料的掺量常常超过规定用量,砂浆的强度值波动大。
I. INTRODUCTION The current cements for masonry and plastering are mostly volcanic ash masonry cement and 325~#5 varieties of cement. The former has a large amount of bleeding water and poor workability. The reason is that the amount of clinker contained is small, the early strength development is slow, and the mixed material has large water leakage. The latter modulated mortar has poor workability. In the masonry project, the use of high-grade cement in the cement mortar with low strength grade reduces the amount of cement, so the mortar has poor workability. When laying bricks, it is very laborious to squeeze thin mortar and mortar, and the mortar is prone to precipitation and surface flooding. To make the masonry mortar easy, a certain amount of plasticized materials must be added. Because the accuracy of the on-site ingredients is not high, the amount of plasticized materials often exceeds the specified amount, and the strength of the mortar fluctuates greatly.
