■近年来,成都市以解决民生问题为抓手,加快落实各项社会救助政策,不断完善社会救助体系内容,取得了明显成效。据市民政部门统计,2003～2006年,该市实现城乡救助133.9万人次(户),救助资金达11.2亿元。其中,城乡低保848673人次,资金44700.00万元;帮困助学14786人次,资金3107.1万元;帮困助医463238人次,资金1321.1万元;帮困建房12272户,资金13626.6万元。各地贯彻2007政府工作报告精神在解决民生问题上也要寻找新的突破方向。
■ In recent years, Chengdu has taken effective measures to solve the people’s livelihood issue, accelerated the implementation of all social assistance policies and continuously improved the content of the social assistance system, with remarkable achievements. According to Municipal Civil Affairs Department statistics, from 2003 to 2006, the city achieved 1.339 million person-times (households) in urban and rural areas and the relief fund reached 1.12 billion yuan. Among them, the urban and rural residents 848673 person-time, funds 44700.00 million; helping the poor students 14786 person-time, capital 31.0711 million yuan; help relief doctors 463238 person-time, funds 13.21 million yuan; help trapped housing 12272 households, fund 136.266 million yuan. In carrying out the spirit of the 2007 government work report, we must also find new breakthrough directions in resolving the people’s livelihood issues.
