复方18—甲长效口服避孕片含量测定的探讨

文章用外加乙醛于乙醇中的方法,测定了乙醇中的微量乙醛对复方18—甲长效口服避孕片炔雌醚含量测定的干扰曲线,并提出了含量测定前选用乙醇的简易方法。

In this paper, with the addition of acetaldehyde in ethanol, the influence of trace amount of acetaldehyde in ethanol on the determination of ethynylestradiol in compound 18-A oral contraceptive tablets was determined and a simple method of ethanol selection before assaying was proposed.
