做一个班主任不容易,做一个中职学校的班主任尤其不容易。我们的学生刚刚步入青年期,总觉得自己是大人了,力求摆脱对成人的依赖,老师、家长在他们心目中的权威降低。他们中的大多数在小学、初中阶段没有得到太多家长和老师的认同,缺乏自信,学习成绩不理想,没有养成良好的学习习惯和行为习惯。他们不再绝对服从教师的命令,自觉不自觉地向老师闭上心扉。这给班主任的班级管理工作和思想教育工作都带来了相当大的难度。
It is not easy to be a head teacher and it is especially hard to be a head teacher in a vocational school. Our students have just entered adolescence, always feel that they are adults, and strive to get rid of dependence on adults, teachers, parents reduce their authority in mind. Most of them did not get much recognition from parents and teachers in primary school and junior high school. Their lack of self-confidence, unsatisfactory academic performance, and lack of good study habits and behavior. They no longer obey the teacher’s command absolutely, and consciously or unconsciously close their hearts to the teacher. This gives the class teacher’s class management and ideological education have brought considerable difficulty.
