不等数染色体棉种间的杂交,往往由于杂种幼胚早期死亡而难于得到杂交种子和杂种植株,尤以染色体数少的种作母本时更为困难。1973年我们以中棉与陆地棉杂交数百朵花,虽然成铃率高,但杂交铃均在授粉后20天左右枯萎,没有获得成熟的种子。1975年我们进行了中棉与陆地棉10种杂交处理方法和杂种幼胚离体培养,同时还进行了二倍体棉种人工加倍为四倍体与陆地棉杂交的试验,获得种间杂交种子和杂交植株,现简报如下。
