俄罗斯国立有色金属研究所研制了槽子容积为 1~ 2 0 0m3 的新一代深槽充气浮选机。因为 ,浮选机的工作效率主要决定于浮选机结构和气体分散方法 ,所以充气程度和不同尺寸气泡的分布影响浮选速度和选择性。因此 ,充气装置的结构设计受到人们重视。柱式充气浮选机比常规浮选机有以下操作和工艺方面的优点 :制造浮选机金属用量减少 5 0 %~6 6 %,设备占地面积减少 5 0 %,电耗降低 33%~ 5 0 %,精矿品位提高 2 %~ 3%,回收率提高 0 3%~ 3 0 %。
The Russian National Institute of Nonferrous Metal developed a new generation of deep tank inflatable flotation machine with a tank volume of 1 ~ 200m3. Because, flotation machine efficiency is mainly determined by the flotation machine structure and gas dispersion method, so the degree of inflatable and bubbles of different sizes affect the flotation velocity and selectivity. Therefore, the structure design of the inflator has drawn great attention. Column-type flotation flotation machine than conventional flotation machine has the following operational and technical advantages: the manufacture of flotation machine to reduce the amount of metal 50% to 66%, equipment, land area reduction of 50%, power consumption decreased by 33% 5 0%, concentrate grade increased 2% to 3%, the recovery rate increased 0 3% ~ 30%.
