李华杰(华南师范大学经济学教授、广东港澳经济研究全会长): ●应该沿着互补—合作—结构性合作——一国两制这种思路研究港澳与深圳的关系。●近期內,深圳应采取橄榄型模式(高科技与劳动密集是小头,应用科学是多数)发展经济。深圳前10年取得很大成就,但今后10年,深圳的发展却面临着严峻的局面。为什么会这样呢?第一,中央对特区的优惠政策在减少;第二,竞争对手日渐增多,已有比特区更大的海南特区和日渐增多的开放区、保税区。但这样说,并不意味深圳已无发展余地。照目前的情况看来,深圳至少还可从三方面获得突破:首先,可以继续发挥毗邻香港、澳门的地理优势,
Li Huajie (Professor of Economics, South China Normal University and Chairman of the Economic Research Department of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao): ● The relationship between Hong Kong, Maucao and Shenzhen should be studied along the lines of complementarity, cooperation and structural cooperation - one country, two systems. ● In the near term, Shenzhen should adopt an olive-type model (high-tech and labor-intensive are small and applied science is the majority) to develop the economy. Shenzhen made great achievements in the first 10 years, but the development of Shenzhen is facing a severe situation in the next 10 years. Why is it so? First, the central government’s preferential policies on the SAR are declining. Second, the number of its competitors is increasing. There are already larger special zones of Hainan and a higher number of free zones in the SAR. However, this does not mean that Shenzhen has no room for development.
