本文介绍了制作低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/全同立构聚丙烯(IPP)共混高聚物薄膜的方法;采用激光小角散射(SALS)、光学解偏振(DLI)和红外吸收光谱(IR)等方法对LDPE/IPP共混高聚物作了研究,确定了共混高聚物是微观相分离的非均相系统并推得了组合的结构形态模型;发现随着LDPE和IPP共混重量比的变化,在相同外界条件下制作的共混高聚物薄膜中二组份结晶度(或结晶速度)都起了变化,且共混后其熔点跟二组份单独存在时有差异,因此利用共混的方法可以改进结晶性高聚物的结构和性能。
