胃粘膜广泛鳞状化伴有胃多发性鳞状细胞乳头状瘤样增生在国外仅见数例报告,国内尚未见报导。我院发现一例的临床病理资料报告于后。 临床病史:女,38岁,籍四川。主诉剑突下隐痛伴胃酸打呃20年,常感空腹时剑突下隐痛、阵发性加重伴暖气,进食后疼痛可消失。发病后4年疼痛渐加重,但服药可缓解。夜间呕吐,呕出物有酸味。入院上前腹疼痛持续,渐消瘦,乏力,不能工作。X线诊断为“十二指肠球部溃疡”,而入院手术治疗。
