10月17日,54名原成都川港制药有限公司的职工终于拿到了自己被拖欠多年的工资。他们一边数着手中的钱,一边激动地说:“感谢劳动争议仲裁委员会为我们主持公道,感谢人民法院为我们讨回工资!” 2000年12月,地处崇州市的成都川港制药有限公司54名职工向市劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁,要求用人单位支付拖欠的工资和经济补偿金。2001年3月,经过调查审理,仲裁委员会作出了成都川港制药有限公司支付54名职工128390元的仲裁裁决。仲裁裁决生效后,该公司一直拒不履行裁决决定,在仲裁委员会的帮助指导下,54名职工向崇州市人民法院申请强制执行。经人民法院执行局执行,依法将扣押的被执行人的财产拍卖变现,并从拍卖变现款中优先足额支付了54名职工被拖欠的工资和经济补偿金。

Upon execution by the Executive Yuan of the People's Court, the property auction of the enforced persons seized will be realized by law and the wages and financial compensation owed by the 54 workers will be paid in full and in priority from the proceeds from the auction.
