为探讨氯化甲基汞对雌性动物生殖系统的影响,采用氯化甲基汞给雌性昆明种小鼠急性染毒,剂量为1/200LD50、1/20LD50和1/2LD50。染毒后采用FAC-Scan流式细胞仪技术分析了氯化甲基汞对卵巢细胞周期的影响。结果表明:1/20LD50组和1/2LD50组中处于G0/G1期时相的细胞百分数高于对照组(P<0.05),而1/20LD50组和1/2LD50组的S期时相的细胞的百分数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其它无明显改变。研究表明,甲基汞可以造成G1期细胞增加,出现明显的G1阻滞,DNA合成受抑制,细胞的有丝分裂延迟
In order to investigate the effect of methylmercury chloride on female reproductive system, female Kunming mice were acutely exposed to methylmercury chloride at doses of 1 / 200LD50, 1 / 20LD50 and 1 / 2LD50.
