作者取76例不同类型淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤患者的淋巴结,分别作5种酶组化染色和3种抗体的免疫组化染色,探讨其间质反应性组织细胞和网状细胞增生的特点。结果发现;病变内各种组织细胞和网状细胞的增生程度有很大的差异,且具有不同的分布规律。
The authors took 76 lymph nodes of different types of lymphocytic lymphoma patients, respectively, for 5 enzyme staining and 3 kinds of antibody immunohistochemical staining to explore the characteristics of interstitial reactive tissue cells and reticulocyte proliferation. The results showed that there were great differences in the proliferation of various tissue cells and reticular cells in the lesion with different distribution rules.
