作者近5年间,遇到3例晚期限睑恶性肿瘤,由于病变广泛,肿瘤侧眼睑作了全切除,并以健侧全眼睑制成带蒂皮瓣潜行滑动转移至患侧,重建眼睑取得较好的效果.随访观察1.5～5年无1例复发.现报告如下:例1,梁×,男,68岁,农民.左下睑皮肤溃烂半年余.初起时左下睑内眦部有绿豆大小突起,渐长大,无痛.检查:左眼视力0.8,近内眦部有12×8mm大小肿物,基底坚硬不平,外有干痂,边缘隆起.肿物向眶内延伸过下穹窿部,与眶下缘、眶深部组织无明显粘连.颌下及耳前淋巴结不肿大.X光片示左眼眶无骨质破坏.活检报告为基底细胞癌.于1989年6月行左上睑带蒂皮瓣潜行转移术,至今已5年未见复发.
