为探究隧洞钻孔作业过程中钻工身体疲劳程度与作业姿势关系,从人因工程理论视角,运用CATIA软件建立隧洞钻孔作业模型,并模拟6种典型钻孔作业姿势。测算钻工在不同孔位作业姿势疲劳程度评估值,分析钻工疲劳程度与身体下蹲参数的关系。研究表明:脚踝和大腿是钻孔作业最易疲劳部位,需重点保护;下蹲作业姿势极易疲劳,推荐坐姿为低位钻孔作业姿势。为减轻脚踝和大腿受力,应采用作业支持系统。
In order to explore the relationship between body fatigue and work posture of drillers in drilling process, CATIA software was used to establish tunnel boring operation model and simulated six kinds of typical drilling work posture from the perspective of human engineering theory. Estimate the fatigue degree of the drillers in different hole positions and analyze the relationship between the degree of fatigue and the squat parameters. Research shows that ankles and thighs are the most vulnerable parts for drilling operation, and need to be focused on protection. Squatting work posture is very easy to fatigue, so it is recommended to sit for low bit drilling position. To reduce the force on the ankles and thighs, a job support system should be used.
