13年了,中国股市存在的意义在哪?资本市场为什么在国外重要,而在国内不重要?对证券市场的认识是不是到位了?现在看来,这个认识问题没有解决。中国的证券市场刚开始就有制度缺陷。当时上市公司100％都是国有企业,国有企业走向市场经济的新路是从股份制改造开始的。面对这样重要的改革,不可能一次全部到位,只能部分解决。
