一条大河,堤宽水阔,烟波浩淼,在蠡县皮毛重镇——留史拐一个慢弯,向东北方向奔腾而去,最后注入华北明珠白洋淀。这是上个世纪50年代初潴龙河的风貌。紧挨留史镇村北,有一个小村叫缪家营,它本来名不见经传,皆因解放初期在这里建起了蠡县中学。遂使这个小村声名远播。当时蠡县县城只保留了中师而无中学。1954年夏天,15岁的我考入蠡县中学,自此在这个小村度过了三年的初中学习生活。当时全县有21个乡镇,230多个村,近40万人,仅这么一所初中,而每年却只招生200
