阎海、张兰英在1988年第1期《图书情报工作》上发表了《采用ISBN记录卡(表)建立中国标准书号查重系统初探》(以下简称《初探》)一文,提出图书馆应逐步采用ISBN查重,使用ISBN查重对中小型馆尤其具有现实意义。朱育培、巴淑英在《中文图书重购现象及其对策》(载《黑龙江图书馆91989年第2期)一文中,也建议采用ISBN查重。笔者经过长时间的实践,认为图书馆不宜采用ISBN查重。 1.采用ISBN查重,不能直接反映多卷书、连续出版物、丛书的预订情况。众所周知,ISBN由四个部分即组号、出版
Yan Hai and Zhang Lanying published a paper entitled “Preliminary Study on Establishing China ISBN System Using ISBN Record Cards” (hereinafter referred to as “Preliminary Exploration”) on the “Library and Information Service” in 1988, which states that libraries should be gradually adopted ISBN check, the use of ISBN check on the small and medium-sized museum in particular has practical significance. Zhu Yupei, Bar Shuying in the “Chinese book repurchase phenomenon and its Countermeasures” (contained in Heilongjiang Library 91989 No. 2) one article, also recommended the use of ISBN check. After a long period of practice, I think the library should not be checked by ISBN. 1. The use of ISBN check, can not directly reflect the multi-volume books, serial publications, books, bookings. As we all know, the ISBN consists of four parts, namely the group number, published
