党的十五大作出调整和完善所有制结构、努力探索公有制实现形式、对国有经济实行战略性改组的重大决策,掀起了新一轮的思想解放和所有制改革热潮,这是令人欣喜的。然而,时下有些宣传和做法却不符合十五大精神,令人忧虑。因此,深入学习和领会十五大精神,完整准确地把握所有制改革的客观指向,显得十分重要而迫切。
At the 15th CPC National Congress, it is gratifying to make a series of important decisions on adjusting and perfecting the ownership structure, exploring the form of public ownership and strategically reorganizing the state-owned economy and setting off a new wave of ideological liberation and ownership reform. However, some of the publicity and measures nowadays are not in line with the spirit of the 15th National Congress. It is worrying. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to thoroughly study and understand the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and to grasp the objective orientation of ownership reform in a complete and accurate manner.
