本文研究了重复激光淬火对铸铁铸造的汽车发动机缸套内表面淬火硬度和淬火深度的影响。结果表明,对第一次淬火后的缸套不需要进行任何预处理就可以直接进行第二次和第三次重复淬火处理。重复激光淬火后,淬火层的硬度与第一次激光淬火的硬度相比没有明显的变化。没有出现退火现象,表面无裂纹产生。并且对第一次激光淬火后没有达到的硬度和深度指标,进行第二次或第三次重复淬火后可达到要求。同时给出了搭接淬火处硬度有所下降,但不影响正常使用。本文还给出了不同的激光功率,扫描速度与重复淬火后的淬火层硬度及深度的关系。
In this paper, the effect of repeated laser quenching on the quenching hardness and quenching depth of the inner surface of the engine cylinder liner cast iron cast iron was studied.
