目的：探讨老年人急性上消化道出血合并心肌梗死的发病规律,提高对该病早期诊断和治疗的认识,降低病死率。方法：对收治11例急性上消化道出血合并心肌梗死患者进行回顾性分析。所

目的：探讨老年人急性上消化道出血合并心肌梗死的发病规律,提高对该病早期诊断和治疗的认识,降低病死率。方法：对收治11例急性上消化道出血合并心肌梗死患者进行回顾性分析。所有病人予以重症监护,未予以抗凝溶栓治疗,在稳定血压的情况下予以扩冠治疗。结果：11例病人,住院期间死亡2例,为广泛前壁梗死,出现顽固性心力衰竭。结论：老年人急性上消化道出血病人基础疾病多,合并心肌梗死易出现多脏器功能衰竭,治疗难度大,预后较差。
