低血糖昏迷是糖尿病患者在治疗过程中由于各种原因造成的严重并发症之一，多见于老年人，临床上极易误诊误治。现将我院近年来收治的老年糖尿病并发低血糖昏迷患者的资料进行总结分析，报道如下。
