9月21日-22日,第二届金砖国家国际竞争大会在北京召开,国务院副总理、国务院反垄断委员会主任王岐山出席大会并作重要讲话。作为金砖国家领导人第三次会晤《三亚宣言》及行动计划务实活动的重要内容,中国国家工商总局、巴西经济保护委员会、俄罗斯联邦反垄断局、印度竞争委员会和南非共和国经济发展部共同主办了此次会议并达成《北京共识》。
