心室肌在模拟缺血溶液灌流3小时后,可以有电活动的消失,用正常台氏液再灌流2小时,电活动恢复到正常;而浦肯野纤维在同样的缺血条件下,出现的电变化较前者缓慢,显示较强的耐受性。
After 3 hours of perfusion of simulated ischemic solution, ventricular muscle cells could disappear with electrical activity. After reperfusion with normal Tyrode’s solution for 2 hours, electrical activity returned to normal. However, Purkinje fibers appeared under the same conditions of ischemia Electric changes slower than the former, showing strong tolerance.
