采用刚粘塑性有限元法对金属塑性成形过程进行数值模拟,并就成形过程中的应力、应变场的变化及其与模具结构设计的关系作了深入分析.进而提出了预测内部成形缺陷的研究方法,该方法成功地应用于双向挤压成形过程的内部缺陷预测分析.
The plastic visco-plastic finite element method was used to simulate the metal plastic forming process and the relationship between the stress and strain field during the forming process and the relationship with the mold structure design was analyzed. Then the research method of predicting internal forming defects is put forward. The method is successfully applied to the prediction and analysis of internal defects in two-way extrusion process.
